We'll be discussing some problems here though we might not be able to bring you all but will at least bring common 3 problems base on little research made and bring you more update later. We're not talking about headache and the likes.

The three common problems are;
  1. Hypertension
  2. Eye Problems
  3. Diabetes
1. Hypertension
Hypertension is another name for high blood pressure. It can lead to severe complications and increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and death.

Blood pressure is the force exerted by the blood against the walls of the blood vessels. The pressure depends on the work being done by the heart and the resistance of the blood vessels. What funny most is that the cause of hypertension is often not known but it can be regulated through the diet before it reaches the stage of hypertension, there is a range of treatment options.

  • Regular physical exercise
Doctors recommend that patients with hypertension engage in 30 minutes of moderate-intensity, dynamic, aerobic exercise. This can include walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming on 5 to 7 days of the week.
  • Stress reduction
Avoiding stress, or developing strategies for managing unavoidable stress, can help with blood pressure control.

Using alcohol, drugs, smoking, and unhealthy eating to cope with stress will add to hypertensive problems. These should be avoided.

Smoking can raise blood pressure. Giving up smoking reduces the risk of hypertension, heart conditions, and other health issues.

Medications
  • A range of drug types are available to help lower blood pressure, including:
  • Diuretics, including thiazides, chlorthalidone, and indapamide
  • Beta-blockers and alpha-blockers
  • Calcium-channel blockers
  • Central agonists
  • Peripheral adrenergic inhibitor
  • Pasodilators
  • Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors
  • Angiotensin receptor blockers

The choice of drug depends on the individual and any other conditions they may have.

2. Common Eye Problems
Vision is a free gift which needed to be taking with all seriousness even though many of us still take it for granted. Many people experience temporary eye problems from time to time, including itching, blurriness, or fatigue but leaves on their own with no complications. While some won't go until you visit your doctor for check up or have a counter supplement. The following problems inlcude;
  • Eye Twitching
  • Itchy Eyes
  • Tired Eyes
  • Spots and Floaters
  • Blurry Vision (Nearsightedness,Farsightedness,Presbyopia, Astigmatism, Cataracts, Glaucoma, Uveitis, Dry eye syndrome,Migraine)
  • Age-Related Eye Problems (Age-related macular degeneration,Presbyopia,Cataracts, Glaucoma,Posterior vitreous detachment)
  • Children's Eye Problems(Lazy eye,Strabismus,Color blindness,Pink eye,Farsightedness)

Eye is an important part of the body so we need to take care of it with all seriousness.

3. Diabetes
Diabetes mellitus refers to a group of diseases that affect how your body uses blood sugar (glucose). Glucose is vital to your health because it's an important source of energy for the cells that make up your muscles and tissues. It's also your brain's main source of fuel.

The underlying cause of diabetes varies by type. But, no matter what type of diabetes you have, it can lead to excess sugar in your blood. Too much sugar in your blood can lead to serious health problems.

Chronic diabetes conditions include type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. Potentially reversible diabetes conditions include prediabetes when your blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not high enough to be classified as diabetes and gestational diabetes, which occurs during pregnancy but may resolve after the baby is delivered.

Symptoms include;
  • Increased thirst
  • Frequent urination
  • Extreme hunger
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Presence of ketones in the urine (ketones are a byproduct of the breakdown of muscle and fat that happens when there's not enough available insulin)
  • Fatigue
  • Irritability
  • Blurred vision
  • Slow-healing sores
  • Frequent infections, such as gums or skin infections and vaginal infections

Long-term complications of diabetes develop gradually. The longer you have diabetes and the less controlled your blood sugar the higher the risk of complications. Eventually, diabetes complications may be disabling or even life-threatening. Possible complications include:
  • Cardiovascular disease.
  • Nerve damage (neuropathy)
  • Kidney damage (nephropathy)
  • Eye damage (retinopathy)
  • Foot damage
  • Skin conditions
  • Hearing impairment
  • Alzheimer's disease

Prevention
Eat healthy foods: Choose foods lower in fat and calories and higher in fiber. Focus on fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Strive for variety to prevent boredom.

Get more physical activity: Aim for 30 minutes of moderate physical activity a day. Take a brisk daily walk. Ride your bike. Swim laps. If you can't fit in a long workout, break it up into smaller sessions spread throughout the day.

Lose excess pounds: If you're overweight, losing even 7 percent of your body weight for example, 14 pounds (6.4 kilograms) if you weigh 200 pounds (90.7 kilograms) can reduce the risk of diabetes.
Let not take our health with levity hand, according to general saying "health is wealth" when we're making money then let work along having a perfect healthy life style.
