DSTV and Gotv operation will not shutdown again in Nigeria

Multichoice react to previous news that says Gotv and DSTV will be shutting down in Nigeria due to their license that will expire in June 2019 and the licence won't be renewed because is not reportedly in line with Digital Switch Over white paper.

The reactions is against the former released article or post about their shutting down, multichoice says in an exclusive statement that it complies with the regulatory requirements and applicable laws on TV broadcasting.

Multichoice says there's nothing again like we are shutting down in Nigeria

GOtv is provided under a fully licensed and registered entity in Nigeria, and this license comes up for renewal in March 2019.
“As a law-abiding and committed Nigerian operator which has fulfilled (and continues to comply with) all regulatory requirements and applicable laws, it is not clear how or why this license would not be renewed, and as such the company will investigate further in the best interests of the many customers it serves in the market.
“MultiChoice remains committed to providing its customers with a wide variety of quality entertainment through the usual best standards.”, Multichoice says.

Shut down or not shut down nothing like that as Multichoice settles users mind on the recent news, so keep using Gotv and DSTV , here strong and stable.
