Apple suffer another ban in Germany by Qualcomm planning to remove it models from 15 stores

Apple has prove themselves to be one of the strong smartphone company with a lot of devices release this year, the record has brought it to justification. We all know about the recent three smartphones released iPhone XS, XS Max and iPhone XR which still remain trending in markets.
A lot of ban was placed on some of their devices and they're still strong, we recently learnt that some of their models were ban in china and currently Qualcomm has scored another victory in Germany focusing on iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 which is going to be pulled out of 15 stores.

According to how its been spotted that Qualcomm has confirmed that it won a permanent injunction against Apple in Germany, meaning Apple must stop selling infringing iPhone models that use Intel chips and parts from Qorvo.
Qualcomm says that they have nothing to do with other models for now in Germany, but most likely they deal with iPhone XS and XR in China though Apple has plan making some appeal on this but up till now no good news from their end.

The injunction will go into effect as soon as Qualcomm posts the required bonds, which the company says will be completed "within a few days". so it kind of unpalatable on Apple side, however they still keep waxing stronger.
